Our Story
The History of One Loudoun
One Loudoun began as an ambitious vision in 2008 to create a downtown experience in Loudoun County that blends the best of urban living with suburban charm. Spanning 358 acres, the community has rapidly grown into a thriving destination featuring neighborhoods, retail, dining, and entertainment. Since its inception, One Loudoun has evolved as residents and businesses have taken root, and it will continue to develop and mature to meet the needs of the community.
